Tasting Notes

From a north-facing parcel, the young 2009 Pinot Noir Ma Danseuse is less evolved than either the 2010 or 2011, but that has more to do with the vintage style than anything else. It displays abundant fruit, sassafras, raspberry, black currant and meaty aromas intermixed with a notion of bouquet garni. Dense, medium to full-bodied, youthful and vibrant, it will benefit from another 1-2 years of bottle age, and keep for a decade.

Robert Parker, Wine Advocate (210), December 2013
