Aromas of suede, dried rose, hibiscus and sliced strawberries. Medium-bodied with finely knit tannins. Bright acidity and fresh floral character on the palate with an array of red berries. Blue fruit, too. Juicy finish. I like the tension here. From organically grown grapes. Drink now. Screw cap.
A bright ruby colour. Fine, bright and juicy red fruit with a lick of sweet spice on the nose, this is soft and approachable. The same notes follow on the palate, which is silky with soft tannins, melted into the wine and offering a juicy, gentle profile. Moreish and supple, with ample freshness, this is an easy and joyous example of Pinot Noir that can be enjoyed immediately.
Produced from organic grapes grown on Bannockburn, Earnscleugh and Gibbston vineyards. Accessible wine with a strong fruit focus and featuring aromatics that include black-fleshed plum, dark cherry, blueberry, blackberry and mixed spice flavours. Good drinking now but no rush.
