Tasting Notes

Jean-Michel has a contract to farm an extra five ouvrées of Puligny from the commune for five years. Mid lemon and lime. Fresh and floral, with a good fresh backbone, slight lime blossom. Quite chiselled on the one hand, yet with fair flesh on the other.
