The more elegant nose is both cooler and more classic in style with its overtly floral-suffused aromas of apple, pear, spice and just sliced citrus. There is excellent energy and delineation to the more mineral-driven and gorgeously textured middleweight flavors that stain the palate on the impressively long and notably more complex finale. This is excellent, especially if you enjoy almost aggressively stony white Burgundy, and a wine that should repay a decade plus of keeping. (Drink starting 2030)
