Tasting Notes

The 2021er Graacher Domprobst Riesling Sp├Ątlese with AP 13, an auction lot, is a sweet wine with an absolutely gorgeous and multi-layered nose of stone fruits, almond, orange blossom, cassis, raspberry, prune, jasmine, acacia, violet, and quince jelly. The wine has huge depth and vibrancy on the magnificently energetic and pure palate. Flavors of tangerine, yellow peach, stone fruits, and minty herbs interplay with fine zesty and spicy elements. The finish has endless length and finesse. This Sp├Ątlese is pure perfection! 2031-2051
