Mid yellow. Rich ripe fruit, plenty of volume, slightly less acidity, muscular as you would expect from Batard with good weight, a touch of flintiness stretching out the finish. Actually this is deceptive. I was preparing to be underwhelmed but it stretches out beautifully at the back.
