Here the nose is difficult to read as there is still some unabsorbed post-bottling sulfur on the lightly woody nose that is clearly ripe. The 2019 Puligny-Montrachet Village has turned out nicely, exhibiting aromas of crisp white peach, orange oil, spring blossom and freshly baked bread, followed by a medium to full-bodied, bright and layered palate.
