Just 13ares on a rental agreement. Clear and pure light yellow. This has a gently sense of ripe fruit class to it, not insistent but fine. Fruit wins over sulphur at this stage. Really quite impressive intensity here, with an excellent long and balanced aftertaste. A little bit of cream in the mix, all white fruit, promising.
Softly exotic aromas offer up notes of passion fruit, white peach, pear compote, apricot and a whisper of sulfur though here it's much more subtle. The gorgeously textured and nicely refined medium-bodied flavors possess an abundance of sappy dry extract that helps to buffer the firm acid spine shaping the impressively long and complex finale. This is a Criots of finesse and punch.
