Bâtard Montrachet, Domaine Ramonet 2018

Slightly riper aromas include those of white and yellow peach, quinine, plenty of floral and citrus hints plus a deft touch of wood. There is fine volume to the caressing yet powerful medium weight plus flavors that coat the palate with dry extract while displaying outstanding length on the very dry bitter lemon zest finish that also possesses enough warmth to mention. Remarkably, this is somewhat finer than the BBM, which is not usually the case. Patience strongly suggested.
