Medium red. Reticent, delicate perfume of raspberry, red cherry, crushed rock, spices and sweet oak. Inexpressive and youthfully tight, with its crunchy raspberry and pungent mineral flavors reminding me a bit of a Chambolle-Musigny. This classically dry wine finishes with suave tannins and excellent length. On the light side now, it will need more time in barrel and bottle to gain in volume.
