Bonnes Mares, Olivier Bernstein 2015

Tasting Notes

The 2015 Bonnes-Mares Grand Crus is up there at the top of the pyramid and shows the seamless, sexy style of this vintage beautifully. Framboise, hints of blueberries, violets, spring flowers and spice characteristics all emerge from this rich, concentrated, yet ethereally styled 2015. Possessing integrated acidity, a layered, multidimensional texture, ripe tannin, and a great finish, it’s an incredible wine any way you look at it. Despite its incredible fruit, it’s going to take 7-8 years to hit maturity and keep for two decades. (Drink between 2022-2042)
