Tasting Notes

Pale golden yellow.Delicate aromas of yellow plum, persimmon and acacia blossom. Offers a honeyed richness on top of a firm mineral foundation, with a salty crispness keeping the palate fresh. Plenty of complexity here. Nicely spiced on the long, penetrating finish. Classic rather than overblown. 91
