Tasting Notes

Deep golden yellow. Expressive aromas of candied pineapple, acacia honey and pine nuts in a rich bed of brown-spice botrytis. Baked apricot and glazed honey flavors are kept vibrant by saline minerality. Hints of caramel and sweet herbs add complexity on the very long, satisfying finish.
