Tasting Notes

Very floral, rather lovely, nothing in common with Burgundy, nor meant to be. Feels like viognier in perfume but clearly chardonnay on the palate, with good flesh, and a certain sucrosity. One year in wood, now in tank, to bottle around Christmas. Drink from 2023-2024. Tasted Oct 2022.
