This wine is made exclusively for Farr Vintners by Jean-Marie Guffens from vines grown at an elevation of 400 metres on a limestone soil near the village of Apt in North-West Provence. The grapes were all picked by hand and come from the Plateau de l’Aigle. It is mainly Chardonnay, with a touch of Viognier and Marsanne - all forbidden grape varities in the local Luberon appellation - hence the name. Total production 700 cases.
