Very far from the stinky Sauvignon model; this has real structure and chewiness rather than overwhelming aroma. An interesting white wine that’s not quite ready, rather than a Sauvignon! Drink: 2026-2029
Vegan. Stony, non-fruity aroma with something almost yeasty. Perhaps lees? Tightly wound and it tastes as salty as its name, with a seam of citrus that is very subtle. Sour-fresh finish. Drink 2027-2027.
