The cherry on the cake, la cerise sur le gateau. Just 86 litres made! Wow, what a nose, the whole bunch lends itself beautifully to the exquisite fruit. It is dark but lively, certainly ripe, with the most exquisite of strawberries and some griottine cherries alongside. All in all an amazing wealth and length of fruit.
