Stunningly ripe peach, apricot and fig aromas with delicate vanilla oak. Rich and succulent but beautifully balanced on the medium- to full-bodied palate. Then comes the extremely long and silky finish and seals the deal. Drink or hold.
Cask sample. Deep-fruited and spicy, citrus and herbs. Finely creamy texture, deep, long and fresh with a slight sour note at the very end that seems to clash a little with the creamy, fruit-sweet aftertaste. Drink: 2025-2032
