Pale to mid yellow. The nose has a mixture of oak and a little bit of evolution. There is a toasty charry character to the oak and quite pronounced acidity with a citrus note. Alongside this is a fair intensity of fruit. Cleans up with time in the glass and shows real intensity.
This too is quite aromatically reduced. Otherwise there is excellent volume to the slightly finer if noticeably less mineral-driven large-scaled flavors that display impressive power on the lemony, sappy and beautifully persistent finish. This too has the potential to be outstanding in time.
