Pale lemon and lime. Rather an elegant nose, Sous le Puits is taking on more character as time goes by – and perhaps their biodynamic practices. This is in white apple fruit, but nuanced and stretches out well across the palate. Well worth taking a look. Has gained in precision. Three x 456 litre barrels made.
