A ripe and expansive nose freely offers up its aromas of plum, violet, warm earth and a pretty array of spice elements that are trimmed in enough wood to point out. There is once again a really lovely texture to the larger-scaled flavors that retain both good energy and delineation on the moderately austere, sappy and firmly structured finish that displays excellent length.
