Tasting Notes

The 2018 Fixin En Combe Roy comes from a 0.37-hectare parcel. It has a floral bouquet of rose petal aromas filtering through the raspberry and cranberry fruit. The harmonious palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and a silky-smooth finish given a little more body by the 30% new oak. Excellent. (Drink between 2021-2030)
