The NV Brut Rose is made in a similarly elegant and refined style, even though it isn't quite as expressive as the Blanc de Blancs at the outset. With time in the glass the Pinot qualities come through with greater focus. The NV Rose offers excellent length and a polished personality in the signature Ruinart style.
Pale salmon pink in colour, the nose of this Rosé is vibrant with white strawberry, white peach and fresh red berries with a touch of brioche. The palate has a creamy mousse that compliments the flavours of peach and strawberry and the very light, soft tannins. There is a long, dry finish, lifted by crisp acidity and carrying more of the crunchy red fruit character with a touch of cream. A fine example of Rosé.
