Once again there is a plethora of floral elements serving as a pretty back drop to the aromas of just sliced citrus, star anise, jasmine tea and white peach. There is superb definition to the notably more mineral-driven medium-bodied flavors that conclude in a powerful, serious, linear and strikingly persistent finish. This is stunningly good with the development potential to match. This is old school Truffière that harkens back to the 1980s and 1990s vintages of Sauzet that were so amazing.
