Tasting Notes

I love the fragrant nose of this stunning 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru! On the very elegant palate the ripe sour cherry and summer flower aromas are married to terrific wet stone minerality. Long exciting finish where the lively acidity adds so much to the wine’s drive. Drinkable now, but best from 2025.
