Disgorged in January 2022 with a dosage of three grams per liter, the 2015 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Cramant Les Robarts expresses itself from the glass with deep aromas of pear, orange oil and dried flowers mingled with brioche. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied and layered, racy and precise, displaying an elegant musculature, a chalky core and a long, saline-tinged finish. It is a lovely wine, though having been affected by the late-August rainstorm, it's a touch less concentrated than renditions like 2019 and 2017.
