Tasting Notes

Mix of domaine grapes from Chassagne-Montrachet and Côte Chalonnaise, with purchased grapes from the Hautes Côtes de Nuits and below Puligny. This has been the typical blend since 2019. Pale colour, with a lifted fresh apple and greengage nose. Bouncing energy, good acidity, faintest gunflint, but above all really appealing fruit. Drink from 2024-2026.
