Just one double barrel, one year old wood., now racked to a cement tank with its fine lees. Clear bright colour. A little bit of bacon fat on the nose. Tension strikes from quite early. The bacon returns, then suddenly the white fruit blossoms late on. Still very early though to make a judgement.
