Montrachet, Louis Latour 2022

Tasting Notes

Though not super rich or concentrated, there's a grandeur about this white, with a creamy texture wrapped around flavors of peach, hazelnut and white flowers. A beautifully balanced version, offering sneaky length and complexity. Best from 2025 through 2033. 250 cases made, 45 cases imported.

Bruce Sanderson, Wine Spectator, August 2024

Very dense candied citrus and apricot character is wrapped around a huge structure on the very concentrated and compact, full-bodied palate. There’s also a terrific mineral freshness that gives this great vitality. Staggeringly long, driving finish that’s so fresh. This surely has a long life ahead of it. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.
