Significantly richer and deeper in colour, we are in fully sumptuous territory here. This is a great Bonnes Mares with layer after layer of fruit and the strict structure of Roumier wines which guaranteed s long ageing. The quality and intensity of the dark berried fruit are amazing, and there is no sense of over-ripeness. Instead, a brilliant fresh feel to the finish with crisp white pepper. 75-80% whole bunches used.
