The 2009 Vin Santo del Chianti Classico is loaded with scents of dried fig, caramel, dried flowers, toffee and brown spices. Although the flavors are quite intense, the wine is a bit lighter than it usually is, with less mid-palate depth and overall plushness. (Drink between 2020-2028)
