Pale colour with a fresh lime tint. The nose is cool and fresh, very promising. The bouquet is more in fresh apples, then some rich white fruit with a touch of liquorice in the mouth, riper and fuller than expected after the cool start. Less floral but there is an excellent body of fruit.
