Tasting Notes

AP: 21 13. After a magical 2010, the Estate does it again in 2011 and delivers a truly sensational TBA which, while flirting with 200° Oechsle, defies all laws of physics by remaining incredibly elegant and light. As with many truly great wines, it comes over as just natural and without anything out of balance. The fruit is so pure and complex, blending with utter ease some stunning flavors of fresh fruits with some more delicate candied ones. The feel on the palate is sweet, yet also delicately racy and above all silky and smooth. The finish is fruity, sweet but incredibly complex and one is left with a seemingly never-ending feeling of fruits and herbs. Wine does not get better than this, only different. 2021-2061+
