It has an intoxicating nose of aromatic herbs, wild flowers and berries and a good dose of spices. It's aromatic, open, clean and expressive, jumping out of the glass and grabbing you by the throat. It's incredibly young and lively, has similar ripeness and alcohol as the regular Mouchão (14.5%) but a lower pH (3.29) and higher acidity, which translates into a much fresher wine that is evolving at a glacial pace. This could age effortlessly forever.
