Sourced from 10 parcels, the 2023 Saint-Aubin La Princée unfurls aromas of pear, white flowers and freshly baked bread, followed by a medium-bodied, bright and racy palate that is chalky and layered, culminating in a precise finish. It comes warmly recommended.
