Tasting Notes

Matured in two-year-old Chassin barrels, the 2021 Chablis Blanchot Grand Cru has a divine peach skin and orange blossom scented bouquet, touches of wet stone coming through with time. The palate is beautifully balanced with a fine bead of acidity, elegant and poised. Hints of white peach and quince lead to a fabulous, heart-melting finish. Exceptional in every way. 2026 - 2055
