Reduction flattens the nose though there is absolutely no lack of vibrancy or freshness to the middle weight flavors that possess the size, weight and volume that would put them in between the Bouchères and the Porusots. There is an abundance of dry extract that coats the palate and buffers the firm acid spine that shapes and supports the beautifully long finale. Note that this should drink well young too if desired.
