Tasting Notes

The 2020 Bourgogne Les Chataigners has a light orchard fruit and chamomile tinged bouquet. Fine delineation. The palate is fresh on the entry with sour lemon, quite saline for a regional white with a fine twist of salinity on the finish. Perfectly fine for its class. (Drink between 2023-2027)
