The 2025er Riesling Scharzhof is an off-dry wine made from Estate holdings in the Saarburger Rausch, Wiltinger Kupp, and Wiltinger Braunfels. It offers a beautifully airy and subtly creamy nose of rose petals, white flowers, pear, citrus fruit, and a touch of spices. The wine is superbly silky and precise on the palate, where the fruity flavors are impeccably wrapped in ripe zest. The sense of detailed precision lifts the underlying touch of creaminess to another level. This is a beautiful expression of off-dry Saar. 2030-2045
