We are roughly two thirds through our stock of 2025 Puech-Haut Rosé; about right given this spectacular summer that we are enjoying.
We have been importing Puech Haut Rosé for more than a decade now and the quality and consistency is as striking as ever. Always one of our top-selling wines, this Provençal-style rosé from the south of France is a pale, dry wine that offers great value for money. Dry, juicy, silky and fine, it will drink beautifully over the summer either on its own or at the dinner table.
We have tasted this multiple times now and the 2025 ticks all the boxes. "White peaches, mountain-stream purity. Ice-queen aloofness. Ineffably elegant", writes Tamlyn Currin for jancisrobinson.com. We say that it is perfect for summer drinking and there cannot be many (if any) finer rosés out there that offer better value for money.
We have bottles, magnums and double magnums available (and the double magnums are a talking point in their own right).
Pale pink in the glass with notes of peach, pear and raspberry on a cool, fresh nose. The palate is dry, refreshing and juicy in the same crunchy red and stone fruits. Easy to like in the style that we know so well from Puech Haut, keep this in your fridge door for when the mood or weather strikes over the coming 12-18 months.
