Bottled inAugust. Lightly sulphured. This vineyard is not far from the other, Les Côtes, but is quite a different soil profile: clay on limestone slabs. Here they find long bunches with small berries well aired, compared to bigger grapes with thin skins for Les Côtes. A cherry to ruby colour, very light volatile. Delicious red fruit energy here, very pure, and utterly charming.
