Mild reduction masks the nuances of the nose but seemingly ripe red berry fruit and floral aromas are present. There is beautiful detail and a real sense of underlying tension to the silky, refined and ultra-pure middle weight flavors that exude a fine minerality on the complex, balanced and lingering finish. There is an extra degree of depth present here thanks to the old vines.
