Here the more restrained nose is compositionally similar to the regular cuvée with the exceptions of being a bit more floral and carrying a dollop of wood. On the palate of the middle weight flavors there is more evident minerality on the precise, powerful and youthfully austere finish that is quite serious. This excellent effort should age gracefully for years in magnum format.
