A slightly riper nose is comprised by aromas of white peach, passion fruit, lemon zest and a lovely array of floral elements. There is very fine volume to the dense and sappy medium weight plus flavors that brim with both sappy dry extract and plenty of minerality on the palate staining chiseled, moderately austere and beautifully balanced finale. This is seriously good and a Caillerets which should easily repay a decade or more of keeping. One to strongly consider. Note: from Caillerets proper
