A subtle application of wood frames a classic Meursault nose of hazelnut, ripe white orchard fruit and citrus confit. There is good verve to the round and delicious, if not especially dense, middle weight flavors that are seductive and suave while exhibiting solid power on the clean and bone-dry finale where the only nit is a hint of warmth. While this could easily be enjoyed now thanks to the abundant mid-palate sap, I would advise holding this for another 3 to 4 years.
