Bourgogne Blanc Les Belles Cotes, Pierre Boisson 2019

Tasting Notes

From a parcel formerly planted to Pinot Noir, the 2019 Bourgogne Blanc Belle Côte exhibits aromas of citrus zest, pear, baking spices and fresh bread, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and fleshy palate, reflecting the richness of the vintage but with lively animating acids.
