There is enough reduction to suppress the nose though there is very good freshness to the more concentrated and nicely precise flavors that possess excellent underlying tension on the more structured, youthfully austere and sneaky long finish. This ageworthy wine always seems to be a success chez A.-F. Gros and 2020 will add to that admirable track record. Outstanding
