Tasting Notes

Vague whiffs of oak, iodine and mineral reduction add breadth to the mildly exotic white and yellow orchard fruit aromas. There is fine volume and mid-palate density to the rich, powerful and muscular larger-scaled flavors that exude evident minerality on the perceptibly warm though refreshingly dry finale. This isn't a classic rendition, but it is impressive in its fashion while offering good development potential.
