This firmly structured effort will need at least a few years of patience and should reward up to a decade of keeping. 90-93 points

Here too there are fermentation aromas on the nose that crowd out all but suggestions of spice. More interesting are the very rich and quite full-bodied flavors that possess a powerful but refined mouthfeel that terminates in a very dry, youthfully austere and well-balanced finale. This beauty of a La Romanée is also going to require at least some patience. 91-93 points
