Cask sample. A little reductive – smoke and meat. Very smoky! A sleek palate with gravel, earth and spice. A dense palate with very firm tannins. Direct and linear at the moment. Good concentration of fruit and weight – grilled meat and blue fruit. Plenty of acidity to lift this. Needs time. Drink: 2027-2034
